Buffalo, N.Y., Dec. 13 – China’s Greenland Global Investment Ltd. priced $350 million of 7.974% notes due Aug. 10, 2022, according to a listing notice and an offering circular on Monday.
The Regulation S notes are guaranteed by Greenland Holding Group Co. Ltd. and are issued under the company’s $8 billion guaranteed medium-term note program.
BOCI Asia Ltd. is the manager for the offering.
Proceeds will be used to refinance offshore debt.
Listing for the notes is expected on the Hong Kong Exchange effective Dec. 13.
The company is a real estate development and operation services company based in Shanghai and a subsidiary of Greenland Holding Group Co. Ltd.
