Sears Methodist U.S. trustee selects three-member creditor committee

New York, June 20 – Sears Methodist Retirement System, Inc.’s U.S trustee, William T. Neary, appointed the company a three-member official committee of unsecured creditors, according to a Friday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas.

Appointed to the committee were Jennifer J. Young of Tyler, Texas; Jim Beck of Sysco USAI Inc. of Houston; and Burdine Pucylowski of Select Medical Inc. of Oldsmar, Fla.

Sears Methodist is a Dallas-based non-profit senior living provider that filed for bankruptcy June 10. The Chapter 11 case number is 14-32821.
