Neuberger Berman CLO XVII to redeem $508.75 million of notes on May 4

Minneapolis, April 18 – Neuberger Berman CLO XVII, Ltd./Neuberger Berman CLO XVII, LLC plans to redeem six classes of secured notes using refinancing proceeds, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest on May 4:

• $338.25 million of class A notes;

• $74.25 million of class B notes;

• $41.25 million of class C notes;

• $28,875,000 of class D notes;

• $23,125,000 of class E-1 notes; and

• $3 million of class E-2 notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.
