Shackleton 2014-VI rescinds redemption notice for class D notes

Norfolk, Va., April 6 – Shackleton 2014-VI CLO, Ltd./Shackleton 2014-VI CLO, LLC withdrew its intent to redeem its class D notes, according to a notice from trustee U.S. Bank NA.

Shackleton still plans to redeem its class A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2 and C notes on April 17 via a refinancing.

New York-based Alcentra NY, LLC is the collateral manager.
