NewStar directed to fully redeem nine classes of notes on April 25

Olympia, Wash., April 12 – NewStar Arlington Senior Loan Program LLC received direction to redeem its secured notes in whole on April 25, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus accrued interest for the following redemption prices:

• $195,190,803 for the class A-1 notes;

• $40,372,520 for the class A-2 notes;

• $33,105,763.25 for the class B-1 notes;

• $5,059,525 for the class B-2 notes;

• $28,859,470.50 for the class C-1 notes;

• $5,074,600 for the class C-2 notes;

• $28,419,664 for the class D notes;

• $27,529,551 for the class E notes; and

• $9,179,892 for the class F notes.

U.S. Bank NA is the trustee.

Boston-based NewStar Financial, Inc. is the collateral manager.
