Former Orchids Paper disclosure statement hearing adjourned to Friday

Pittsburgh, Oct. 16 – OPP Liquidating Co., Inc., formerly Orchids Paper Products Co., announced Wednesday that its interim disclosure statement approval hearing has been adjourned to Oct. 18, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The hearing was originally scheduled for Oct. 16.

Orchids, a Brentwood, Tenn.-based maker of consumer tissue products, filed for bankruptcy on April 1, 2019. The Chapter 11 case number is 19-10729.
