Tacoma, Wash., Sept. 9 – AB Svensk Exportkredit priced $1.25 billion of 1.625% two-year notes at Treasuries plus 11 basis points, according to an FWP filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Pricing was at 99.931 to yield 1.66%.
Barclays Bank plc, BNP Paribas, HSBC Bank plc and Morgan Stanley & Co. International plc are the joint lead managers.
The proceeds of the non-callable notes will be used for general corporate purposes.
Based in Stockholm, Svensk is the lender to Sweden’s export industry.
