Fitch assigns Zurich Financial notes A

Fitch Ratings said it assigned Zurich Financial Services Group's $750 million 3.25% senior notes due 2013, issued by Zurich Finance (Luxembourg) SA, a rating of A.

The rating reflects Fitch's view that the senior notes will rank equally with Zurich Financial's existing senior unsecured debt, which is rated A.
