S&P rates Zoetis loan BBB-

Standard & Poor's said it assigned Zoetis Inc. a BBB- long-term corporate credit rating and a short-term rating of A-3.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, S&P assigned the company's senior unsecured $1 billion revolver a BBB- issue-level rating and assigned the company's commercial bond program an A-3 rating.

The ratings on Zoetis reflect S&P's assessment of the company's business risk profile as "satisfactory" and its financial risk profile as "significant," the agency said.
