New Issue: Zions Bank prices nearly $87 million 4.65% one-year notes in online auction

Omaha, April 15 - Zions Bancorporation announced Tuesday it priced nearly $87 million of 4.65% one-year senior notes through an online auction, according to a press release from the company.

The notes priced to yield 4.69%.

About $6.6 million of the notes were sold to individuals and institutions participating in the auction. More than $67 million were sold to investors at par without them having to participate in the auction, and another $13 million were sold under a distribution agreement with broker dealers.

The banking company is based in Salt Lake City.
