China’s Zhejiang Expressway plans up to $600 million of senior notes

Detroit, Dec. 30 – China’s Zhejiang Expressway Co. Ltd.’s board approved Tuesday an issue of up to $600 million of senior notes, according to a market announcement.

The Regulation S notes will have a term of more than one year and no more than 10 years.

The company says the proceeds will go toward debt refinancing, new projects, and strategic development.

Zhejiang is an infrastructure company based in Hangzhou, China.
