Former OCZ: Disclosure statement approval hearing to be held June 13

Pittsburgh, May 13 - ZCO Liquidating Corp.'s disclosure statement approval hearing is scheduled for June 13, according to an 8-K filed Tuesday with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
As previously reported, the company filed its plan of liquidation and related disclosure statement on May 7 with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Objections to the disclosure statement are due by 4 p.m. ET on June 6.
ZCO was formerly OCZ Technology Group, Inc., a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based producer of computer memory and components that filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 2. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-13126.
