Former OCZ Technology obtains OK of $850,000 power supply assets sale

By Caroline Salls

Pittsburgh, Feb. 6 - ZCO Liquidating Corp., formerly known as OCZ Technology Group, Inc., received court approval to sell its power supply assets to Firepower Technology, Inc. for $850,000, according to a Thursday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

As previously reported, Firepower's bid was selected as the high bid last week. Douglas A. Dodson's $825,000 bid will serve as the back-up bid.

OCZ, a Sunnyvale, Calif.-based producer of computer memory and components, filed for bankruptcy on Dec. 2. The Chapter 11 case number is 13-13126.
