New Issue: Slovakia’s ZSE prices €315 million 10-year notes to yield mid-swaps plus 72 bps

New York, Feb. 27 – Zapadoslovenska energetika AS (ZSE) priced €315 million of 1¾% 10-year notes at 99.474 to yield 1.808%, or mid-swaps plus 72 basis points, a syndicate source said on Tuesday.
Citigroup and UniCredit were bookrunners of the Regulation S-only deal, which priced on Monday.
The issuer is a Bratislava, Slovakia-based electricity utility company.
