S&P affirms Slovakia’s ZSE, debt

S&P said it affirmed the A- long-term corporate credit rating on Zapadoslovenska Energetika AS (ZSE) and affirmed the A- issue rating on its senior unsecured debt.

The outlook is stable.

“The key credit factor underpinning the ratings is the supportive and predictable regulatory framework for electricity distribution companies in Slovakia,” the agency said in a news release.
