Slovakia's ZSE picks banks for euro notes, roadshow

Atlanta, Sept. 30 - Slovakia's Zapadoslovenska energetika AS (ZSE) has mandated Citigroup and Societe Generale as the bookrunners for a euro-denominated offering of notes that will be marketed during a roadshow, a market source said.

The marketing trip for the Regulation S-only deal will begin on Wednesday.

The issuer is a Bratislava, Slovakia-based electricity utility company.
