Moody’s revises Zambia to stable

Moody's Investors Service said it changed the outlook for the Government of Zambia to stable from negative and affirmed its B3 long-term issuer rating.

The stable outlook reflects reduced government liquidity pressures and a slowdown in government debt accumulation, which Moody's expects to continue, the agency explained.
