New Issue: Zambia prices $750 million 5 3/8% 10-year notes to yield 5 5/8%

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 14 - Zambia sold a $750 million issue of 5 3/8% 10-year notes (/B+/B+) at 98.108 to yield 5 5/8%, a syndicate source said.
Barclays and Deutsche Bank were the bookrunners for the Regulation S and Rule 144A deal.
