Fitch affirms ZKM Gdansk

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed Zaklad Komunikacji Miejskiej w Gdansku Sp zoo's (ZKM Gdansk) long-term local-currency rating of BBB- and national long-term rating of A(pol).

The outlook is stable.

Fitch also affirmed ZKM Gdansk's 293 million in Polish zloty tram revenue bond program's long-term local-currency rating of BBB and national long-term rating of A+(pol) and all bonds issued under it.

The agency also said it removed ZKM Gdansk's and the tram revenue bond program's ratings from Rating Watch negative, where they were placed in December 2011.

The city of Gdansk is modernizing its transport network and its transport company ZKM Gdansk, Fitch said.
