New Issue: Croatia's Zagrebacki Holdings prices €300 million 10-year notes at mid-swaps plus 75 bps

New York, July 3 - Zagrebacki Holding DOO priced €300 million 10-year notes (Baa2/BBB) at mid-swaps plus 75 basis points, according to a market source.

The deal sold at 99.317 with coupon of 5½%.

Deutsche Bank brought the deal to market.

Zagrebacki's provides essential municipal services and financing to key infrastructure development projects for the city of Zagreb.
