S&P gives Zagrebacki, bond BBB

Standard & Poor's said it assigned its BBB long-term issuer credit rating to Zagrebacki holding d.o.o.

The outlook is stable.

At the same time, S&P said it assigned its BBB long-term debt rating to Zagrebacki's proposed approximate €300 million senior unsecured eurobond, to be placed by the end of June.

The bond will have a bullet payment and has an expected seven- to 10-year maturity, the agency said, adding that the issuer credit rating reflects strong explicit and implicit support from the City of Zagreb, given Zagrebacki's strategic mission to provide essential municipal services and its role in financing key infrastructure development for the city.
