New Issue: Croatia's Zagrebacka Banka sells €450 million five-year bonds at mid-swaps plus 75 bps

New York, July 6 - Zagrebacka Banka dd priced €450 million 4¼% bonds due 2009 (A2/BBB-) at 99.327 to yield mid-swaps plus 75 basis points or 4.403%, according to a market source.

JP Morgan and UniCredit Banca Mobiliare ran the books for the Croatian bank.
