China’s Yuzhou Properties plans to launch senior notes offering

Los Angeles, Jan. 6 – Yuzhou Properties Co. Ltd. announced it is proposing to conduct an offering of senior notes.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used mainly to refinance existing medium- to long-term offshore debt that will become due within one year.

Based in Shanghai, Yuzhou develops residential properties in southern China.
