China’s Yuzhou Properties to price dollar-denominated senior notes

New York, Feb. 19 – Yuzhou Properties Co. Ltd. said it plans to conduct an offering of dollar-denominated senior notes (proposed ratings: B1//BB-), according to a company announcement.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used mainly to refinance existing debt.

Yuzhou is a property developer based in Hong Kong.
