China’s Yuzhou Properties eyes offering of senior notes

Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 14 – Yuzhou Properties Co. Ltd. said it plans to conduct an offering of senior notes.

Pricing will be determined through a book-building exercise.

Proceeds from the Regulation S offering will be used mainly to refinance existing debt.

Yuzhou is a property developer based in Hong Kong.
