Ukraine's Yuzhmash to issue $130 million five-year bonds

New York, April 29 - Yuzhmash plans to issue a $130 million five-year bond offering (B1/B), according to market sources.

The government will guarantee the offering.

The regulation S deal is expected to price in the second quarter.

The Ukrainian company manufactures rockets.
