YuMe to price IPO of 5 million common shares between $12.00-$14.00

Citigroup, Deutsche Bank are bookrunners; Barclays and Needham assist

Knoxville, Tenn., July 25 - YuMe, Inc. set the price range for its initial public offering of 5 million common shares at between $12.00 and $14.00 per share, according to a Form S-1 filed Thursday with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The deal was announced July 2.

Citigroup and Deutsche Bank Securities are the joint bookrunning managers. Barclays, Needham & Co. and Piper Jaffray are the co-managers.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital.

The provider of digital video brand advertising solutions is based in Redwood City, Calif. The company expects its common stock to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol "YUME."
