Yuma Industrial Development, Ariz., arranges $74.82 million of bonds

New York, Jan. 14 - The Industrial Development Authority of the City of Yuma, Ariz., plans to price $74.82 million of series 2014A hospital revenue bonds for the Yuma Regional Medical Center, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (/A-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with BofA Merrill Lynch as the underwriter.

The maturities have not been set.

Proceeds will be used to construct a new emergency department, make improvements to other departments, expand the women's and children's department, make central plant upgrades and construct a parking structure at the medical center.
