Knoxville, Tenn., May 2 - Yukon-Nevada Gold Corp. said it completed a C$20.1 million non-brokered private placement of stock. The deal priced for C$20 million on April 10.
The company sold 10.05 million flow-through shares at C$2.00 apiece. It had planned to sell only 10 million shares.
Yukon-Nevada is a Vancouver, B.C.-based mineral exploration company.
