Moody’s assigns Yuexiu REIT notes Baa3

Moody’s Investors Service said it assigned a Baa3 rating to the proposed senior unsecured notes to be issued by Yuexiu REIT MTN Co. Ltd. under its $1.5 billion medium-term note program, rated Baa3, and guaranteed by Yuexiu Real Estate Investment Trust.

Yuexiu will use the proceeds to refinance its medium to long-term offshore debt, which will mature within one year.

The outlook is negative.
