New Issue: Yuexiu Property issues RMB 1.40 billion 3.8% guaranteed notes due 2026

Buffalo, N.Y., May 12 – Yuexiu Property Co., Ltd. issued RMB 1,396,000,000 of 3.8% guaranteed notes due 2026, according to an announcement on Friday.

CLSA Ltd., CMB International Capital Ltd., Yue Xiu Securities Co., Ltd., Chong Hing Bank Ltd., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Ltd., Hua Xia Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Shanghai Pudong Development Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Industrial Bank Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch, Bank of Communications Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Branch and ABCI Capital Ltd. were appointed joint lead managers for the issue.

Listing for the notes is expective on the Chongwa (Macao) Exchange effective May 15.

Yuexiu is a real estate investment trust based in Hong Kong.
