Morgantown, W.Va., July 11 – Yuanta Financial Holding Co., Ltd. priced NT$10 billion of corporate bonds in two tranches, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.
The issue includes NT$1.5 billion of five-year tranche A notes and NT$8.5 billion of seven-year tranche B notes.
The tranche A notes carry a coupon of 0.86%, and the tranche B notes bear interest at 0.96%. Both tranches were priced at par.
Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd. is the underwriter.
Proceeds will be used to adjust the company’s debt structure and to repay existing bonds due 2018 or loans used to repay the bonds due 2018.
The financial services company is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
