Fitch affirms Yuanta

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed all the ratings of Yuanta Financial Holding Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries, including Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd. and Yuanta Commercial Bank Co., Ltd.

The outlook is stable.

Fitch said the affirmations reflect Yuanta group's developing franchise in domestic and overseas markets. A series of acquisitions during 2014-2016 helped the group increase its earning diversity through larger commercial-banking and offshore-securities operations as well as to improve its funding profile.
