New York, April 24 – Yuanta Financial Holding Co. Ltd. priced NT$5 billion of corporate bonds in two tranches, according to a Taiwan Stock Exchange notice.
The issue includes NT$2.3 billion of 0.63% five-year bonds in tranche A and NT$2.7 billion of 0.67% seven-year bonds in tranche B.
Both tranches were priced at par via Yuanta Securities Co., Ltd. as underwriter and distributor of the bonds.
This is the company’s first issue of corporate bonds for 2020.
Proceeds will be used to repay bank loans obtained for medium-term or long-term funds for business expansion.
The financial services company is based in Taipei, Taiwan.
