YSV Ventures terminates C$1.5 million stock offering

New York, April 21 - YSV Ventures Inc. said it has cancelled its previously announced C$1.5 million private placement.

The company, according to a statement released Friday morning, is seeking other financing.

The company had planned to sell shares in the deal at C$0.25 each.

In other news, Howard Coates was named president of the company.

Toronto, Ont.-based YSV is a gold and base metals exploration company.
