YSV Ventures arranges private placement for up to C$1 million

Atlanta, April 20 - YSV Ventures Inc. said it plans to raise up to C$1 million in a private placement.

The offering is being conducted to finance the company's exploration activities and to satisfy minimum listing requirements on the Toronto Stock Exchange's Venture Exchange.

The pricing of the offering has not yet been determined, according to a statement from YSV.

Based in Toronto, YSV is a mineral exploration company.

On Wednesday, the company's stock closed unchanged at C$0.10.
