Argentina's YPF to issue up to $700 million of bonds

New York, April 22 - YPF SA's shareholders approved the issuance of up to an equivalent of $700 million of bonds, according to a document filed by the issuer with the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange.

The proposed bonds will be denominated in either dollars or other currencies.

YPF, based in Buenos Aires, is an integrated oil and gas company
