Argentina's YPF to issue up to ARS 2 billion of notes in two classes

Pittsburgh, Oct. 5 - YPF SA plans to issue up to $50 million of class IX 24-month fixed-rate notes and up to ARS 2 billion U.S. dollar equivalents of class X 48-month fixed-rate notes, minus the amount of class IX notes issued, according to a news release.

The notes will be issued at par.

The class IX issuance amount can be increased to $175 million.

The public auction period will begin on Oct. 15 and end on Oct. 17.

The minimum subscription amount will be $1,000, and the notes can be purchased in $1 increments after that.

Fitch Argentina has rated both classes of notes AA(arg).

Caja de Valores SA is the registration and payment agent. The liquidation agent is Banco Santander Río SA.

YPF is an integrated oil and gas company based in Buenos Aires.
