Argentina's YPF to issue 100 million pesos bonds, with upsize option

Madison, Wis., May 6 - YPF SA's board of directors approved the issuance 100 million Argentine pesos of class V negotiable obligations at a meeting on May 4, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The bonds were issued under YPF's $1 billion global negotiable obligations program established in 2008.

The company's board of directors also approved an option to increase the class V bonds issuance to 300 million pesos.

YPF is a Buenos Aires-based energy company.
