New Issue: Argentina's YPF sells Ps. 143 million class II, $70 million class III notes

Pittsburgh, March 3 - YPF SA sold Ps. 143 million of class II notes due Sept. 4, 2011 and $70 million of 4% class III fixed-rate notes due March 4, 2013 under its $1 billion global notes program, according to a news release.
The class II notes were sold at a "cut margin" of 2%, and the class III notes were sold at a price of 97.24.
YPF is a Buenos Aires-based energy company.
