Argentina's YPF gets OK to sell Ps. 100 million, $50 million of notes

Pittsburgh, Feb. 16 - YPF SA's board of directors has approved the issuance of Ps. 100 million and $50 million of class II and class III notes under its $1 billion global notes program, according to a news release.

The new notes would increase the amount of class II notes to Ps. 300 million and the amount of the class III notes to $100 million.

YPF is a Buenos Aires-based energy company.
