Argentina's YPF directors approve selling $300 million or more notes

Chicago, Nov. 8 - YPF SA's board of directors approved the issuance of $300 million of notes at its meeting on Friday, according to a 6-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will be issued under the company's $1 billion global negotiable obligations program.

The board also approved increasing the issuance to up to $600 million.

YPF is a Buenos Aires-based energy company.
