New Issue: Argentina's YPF sells Ps. 205 million class I notes due 2011 at par

Pittsburgh, Sept. 24 - YPF SA sold Ps. 205 million of class I variable-rate notes due March 28, 2011 at par under its Ps. 1 billion global notes program, according to a news release.

Interest will accrue at the Badlar rate plus 175 basis points.

BBVA Banco Frances SA, Banco Santander Rio SA and Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe SA are the agents.

Proceeds will be used for working capital.

The company is a Buenos Aires-based energy company.
