Argentina's YPF gets board approval to issue Ps. 100 million of notes

Pittsburgh, Sept. 2 - YPF SA's board of directors has approved the issuance of up to Ps. 100 million of notes under its $1 billion global notes program, according to a news release.

The notes issuance amount can be increased to Ps/ 300 million.

The company is a Buenos Aires-based energy company.
