York County, S.C., plans $108.97 million of general obligation bonds

New York, Feb. 12 – York County, S.C., is expected to price $108.97 million of series 2016 general obligation bonds on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The bonds (Aa1/AA+) will be sold on a competitive basis with First Tryon Advisors as the financial adviser.

The bonds are due 2017 to 2031.

Proceeds will be used to construct and equip a new family court facility at the Heckle Complex and renovate the existing complex buildings.
