New Issue: India’s Yes Bank prices $600 million 3¾% five-year notes at 99.657

New York, Feb. 2 – Yes Bank Ltd. priced $600 million 3¾% five-year senior notes (expected ratings: Baa3) at 99.657 under its medium-term note program, according to a news release on Friday.

The bank’s MTN program is for a total of $1 billion.

The notes will be listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd., the London Stock Exchange International Securities Markets and the India International Exchange IFSC Ltd.

Yes Bank is a private sector bank with headquarters in Mumbai.
