Moody’s might lower Yasar

Moody's Investors Service said it placed Yasar Holding AS’ B2 corporate family rating, B2-PD probability of default rating and B2 senior note rating on review for downgrade.

The outlook was changed to ratings under review from stable.

"The rating action reflects Moody's view that Yasar's liquidity profile has weakened as a result of its increased reliance on short-term debt funding," Moody's analyst Thomas Le Guay said in a news release.

The agency said it will consider the prospects for changes in the company's financial policy as it enters 2018 and expects to conclude its review within 90 days.
