Yara International intends to sell dollar-denominated bonds

Knoxville, Tenn., May 27 – Yara International ASA plans to conduct a dollar-denominated Rule 144A and Regulation S bond offering, according to a press release.

Yara is an Oslo-based chemical company that primarily produces nitrogen fertilizer.
