Yapi Kredi launches $500 million five-year notes to yield 6.1%

New York, March 12 – Turkey’s Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS (Yapi Kredi) has launched $500 million of five-year bonds to yield 6.1%, according to a syndicate source on Monday.

Pricing was tightened from initial talk in the 6¼% area.

Order books came in in excess of $950 million.

Societe Generale, HSBC, JPMorgan, MUFG, NatWest, and UniCredit were joint bookrunners of the deal.
