New Issue: Yapi Kredi sells 500 million Turkish lira three-year notes at 13 1/8%

Chicago, June 7 – Turkey’s Yapi ve Kredi Bankasi AS (Yapi Kredi) sold 500 million Turkish lira three-year notes at par to yield 13 1/8% on Wednesday, a market source said.

Price talk for the notes was initially in the 13¼% area before tightening to 13 1/8%.

HSBC was the bookrunner for the deal.
